We were able to implement crisis control when an internal error was made that resulted in the loss of 20% of the WE Magazine brand’s social following. We developed a plan to help the brand expand and recover. Our goals included the following:
1.) Teaching the brand best practices for digital marketing and communication on digital platforms.
2.) Repositioning brand with new messaging
3.) Implementing a new social media marketing plan
Outcomes: The client boasted margins above their initial loss on digital platforms in less than one month. The new brand messaging and social media marketing plan moved the magazine forward as a reputable and relatable brand amongst African-American career women between the ages of 25-40.
